CHILL & SPILL is a guided journal that was designed to:

• reduce symptoms of trauma
• build resilience and coping skills
• promote good decision-making techniques

Chill & Spill combines creative writing with tried and true therapies designed to help youth (ages 11+) facing crisis. It helps bridge the gap between youth in need and the availability of therapists. MAGNIFICENT MARVELOUS ME! helps meet the emotional needs of siblings (ages 10 and under) of children with a serious illness or disability, or other difficulties. It was designed to:

• decrease the sense of isolation
• increase self-esteem and communication
• give them a safe place to explore and work through their complex feelings
• help build resiliency and coping skills

OODLES OF DOODLES is an activity book that offers children (ages 6-16):

• therapeutic distraction for hospitalized children
• a meaningful way to express their fears and concerns
• stress relief and encouragement

ART BUDDY is a monthly workshop in Seattle* that teaches you how to:

• add creative expression to your toolbox
• work with youth using each of Art with Heart’s unique books
• communicate with children
• use your talent to give back and positively impact youth
